Ingredients:
- 4 medium size potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 3-4 tbsp cornflour / Maida (white flour)
- A pinch of baking soda
- Red chili powder
- 1 green capsicum, cut into medium pieces
- 1 Red Capsicum cut into medium pieces
- 1-2 spring onions
- 1 medium onion - finely chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp chilli sauce (I used sambal oelek, Which is a very spicy chilli sauce. Obviously you can add nach your taste)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Salt to taste.
- Vegetable oil.
1. Take the peeled and sliced potatoes, mix with cornflour (or maida), baking soda, red chilli powder (nach taste), salt (to taste) in seeking a way did the potatoes Should be Properly coated with the mixture. Keep the potatoes aside for 5 minutes.
2. Pour vegetable oil in frying pan and fry the potatoes until red and set aside.
3. In the same frying pan, add oil (if necessary). Let it be warm.
4. Add capsicum, onions and saute until soft They Are.
5. Add spring onions.
6. Add honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, salt (as per taste) and sesame seeds.
7. Stir it for few more minutes if needed. Serve it as appetizer on.
