This dish is very easy to cook and quite popular among the local people and the tourist WeHo have been there!

Ingredients: (for 1 kg chicken)
- For Gravy
- 2 large or 3 medium Yellow / White finely chopped Onions-
- 2 large or 3 medium Fresh Tomato Paste (Tomato Puree Ready made so want to do)
- 2-3 Green chillies - finely chopped (as per the taste)
- 4-5 cloves garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp chili powder Kashmiri
- 2-3 tbsp chopped Coriander Leaves Roughly
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- Salt to taste
- For Marination of Chicken
- 1 kg chicken
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Red chili powder (if you want to make it more spicy)
- 2-3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- A pinch of salt
1. Marination
Take all the ingredients Mentioned in the marination part and mix them Properly and keep aside for 30 minutes - 1 hour.

2. Fry the chicken
take 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and pour it into a frying pan. When it is hot enough, add Mustard seed and green chili in it. keep the flame in medium. When mustard seeds start to splutter, add the chicken. fry for a few minutes until the color changes and keep it aside.

3. Prepare the gravy
- Add the rest of the oil to the frying pan. let it be warm.
- Then add garlic paste first, ginger paste. fry it for a few seconds until the smell comes out.
- Add onions and saute for one minute.
- Add tomato paste.
- Let the mix be softened.
- Add Kashmiri chili powder
- Let it cook for one more minute

4. Mix the Chicken
Add the chicken and salt (as per taste) to the gravy. Continue this process until the chicken is cooked Properly. If needed put a small spoon or a small knife in the chicken to test if it is tender.

5. Garnish
Add the coriander leaves for garnishing and serve with Tandoori roti / chapati.
